Tucson Heart Group, now Pima Heart and Vascular, is pleased to announce the completion of merging our operations. This partnership allows for increased collaboration among medical, clinical, and administrative staff — streamlining care for patients in Southern Arizona.
The joint venture, announced in January of 2020, brought our combined practices to 61 providers and 360 support staff across Southern Arizona. Now, the operational functions have been merged which includes moving patients onto one EHR Platform (NextGen) and one centralized entity for scheduling, referrals, and medical requests.
There will be no changes to insurance coverage and our providers will continue to care for new patients.
Dr. James Evans, Dr. Lionel Faitelson, Dr. Basel Skeif, Dr. Samir Dahdal and Dr. Constantin Catalin Boiangiu will continue to see patients in our same current locations and will maintain our current staff. Your patients will receive the same great care, with expanded access to our new vascular lab, vein center, and ambulatory surgery center.
