At Pima Heart & Vascular, mentorship is one way we invest in the future of healthcare in Southern Arizona.
For many years, our team has partnered with Pima JTED to provide clinical learning opportunities for students preparing for careers as medical assistants. These experiences are made possible by the generosity of our own Medical Assitants, who take time each day to teach, coach and encourage future healthcare professionals.
Their guidance helps students develop practical skills, confidence and an understanding of the teamwork required to deliver excellent patient care. It also strengthens our own culture of learning, leadership and service.
