Constantin Boiangiu, M.D., F.A.C.C. graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania, where he completed postgraduate training and served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine before moving to the United States.
He completed his general and interventional cardiology training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey where he was appointed Chief Cardiology Fellow. He holds Board Certification in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology. His academic interests resulted in several research publications in major cardiology journals, and cardiology textbook co- authoring. He specializes in percutaneous coronary and peripheral vascular interventions and has a special interest in preventative cardiology.
